HealthTrust Workforce Solutions in partnership with Lifepoint Health is seeking travel nurses for 8, 10, or 13 week assignments across Lifepoint facilities, including Wilson, NC.

You will deliver patient care, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate across disciplines while supporting patients and families during treatment.

Requires at least 1 year acute care experience; housing options, weekly pay, guaranteed hours, and strong benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited school.
• Minimum of one year acute care hospital experience.
• Certifications as required for the position.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharge, referrals and psychosocial support.
• Assess learning needs of patient and family; provide education appropriate to age, culture, and condition.
• Advocate for the patient’s physical and emotional well-being.
