Job summary

MPI is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead field operations on cleanroom and controlled environment construction projects across the U.S. and Canada. You will coordinate safety, schedule, and quality, while managing multiple trades and ensuring client expectations are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience on commercial, industrial, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, or cleanroom projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations on cleanroom and controlled environment construction projects
• Lead site safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules
• Monitor project quality, ensuring work meets design specifications, industry standards, and client expectations
• Conduct daily site meetings and communicate project progress to project management and clients
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to proactively identify and resolve field issues
• Track labor productivity, material deliveries, equipment needs, and project milestones
• Oversee commissioning, turnover, punch-list completion, and project closeout activities
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, and subcontractor partners
• Travel to project locations throughout the United States and Canada as required
