Job summary

ClaimSorted is seeking a Travel Claims Handler in the UK or Ireland to join a high-growth claims team. You will handle end-to-end travel claims, communicate with policyholders, and assess coverage and liability while maintaining thorough records.

The role offers training and a path to leadership in a dynamic, AI-enabled claims environment. Ideal candidates have 6+ months of claims experience or 12+ months in veterinary work, with APA or CIP qualifications being a plus.

Qualifications

• Based in the UK or Ireland with work authorisation.
• 6+ months of pet claims experience or 12+ months veterinary experience and APA or CIP qualification is required.
• Fluency in Spanish or Italian is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle claims end to end from notification of loss to settlement.
• Communicate with policyholders to ensure a clear, positive experience.
• Review documentation, verify coverage, and assess liability.
• Set reserves and manage claims within authority.
• Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate claims records for audit and compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements by flagging inefficiencies.
