Job summary

Brown & Brown seeks a Travel Claim Examiner & Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for reporting claims and initiating the claims process. You will assess coverage, communicate findings to claimants, and ensure a seamless, white-glove experience.

You will independently process travel claims, read and interpret benefit plans and regulations, handle calls to claimants and suppliers, and maintain HIPAA compliance while meeting performance standards in a fast-paced team

Responsibilities

• Independently process travel claims in accordance with policies.
• Read, analyze, and interpret general business materials, technical procedures, benefit plans and regulations.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to claimants and suppliers in a professional, positive, and proactive manner.
• Consistently meet established performance standards for claims processing (quantity and quality).
• Maintain current knowledge of Plans and effectively apply this knowledge to payment of claims and customer service.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance while carrying out duties.
