Job summary

JLL in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking an experienced Chiller Technician to perform preventive maintenance on water/cooled and air-cooled chillers, and to identify energy-saving opportunities within a geographic territory. The role requires hands-on repair skills and collaboration with local engineering teams.

Minimum 10 years in commercial HVAC with universal EPA certification, strong communication, and ability to work onsite across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial HVAC service with hands-on chiller repair & maintenance.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform energy-saving opportunities within territory.
• Strong written and verbal communication to coordinate with team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual and semi-annual preventive maintenance on chiller systems and related components.
• Identify energy-saving opportunities and recommend operational improvements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to local engineering teams within territory.
• Conduct building evaluations and report deficiencies to supervisors.
