Job summary

American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist for an Operating Room position with a specialization in neuro and orthopedic cases. The role requires active licensure and Cerner EMR experience reflected in your employment history, with a typical 40-hour week on an evening shift.

Ideal candidates will have neuro/ortho OR experience, a valid driver's license, and be able to meet locality requirements within 50 miles or relocate.

Qualifications

• Active surgical technologist license required if applicable.
• Active certifications required at time of consideration.
• Cerner EMR experience required and must be reflected in employment history.
• Must meet required experience for the position.
• Valid driver's license required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Operate in the OR with a focus on neuro and orthopedic procedures.
• Evening shift schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
• 5x8-hour shifts totaling 40 hours weekly.
• Must be open to work any day of the week as self-scheduling is not offered.
• Assist in neuro and orthopedic surgical procedures within the OR.
• Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of the facility or be willing to relocate.
• Local candidates may be considered depending on market rate policies.
• Keep requested time off to less than 7 days during the assignment.
• Returning employees or travelers to this health system may be subject to additional approval requirements.
