Job summary

American Traveler has an immediate opening for a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) in Fullerton, CA at a Magnet hospital. Travelers receive a competitive pay and benefits package with Week 1 medical options and housing assistance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recent CST experience in a surgical setting.
• NBSTSA certification is highly recommended.
• Valid CST license/registration if required by state.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient transfers to and from the operating room.
• Position patients on the operating table and prep for surgery.
• Assist the physician during surgery.
• Clean and sterilize the operating room and instruments.
• Manage surgical supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Specialize in particular case types and settings as needed.
