Job summary

Jackson HealthPros in Seattle is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to assist physicians and nurses in the operating room, preparing the OR, sterilizing equipment, and supporting the surgical team.

You will work Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., with rare floating to other facilities. Strong NBSTSA certification and BLS are required; CVOR experience is a plus for cardiac cases; CRCST certification is preferred. This role emphasizes safety and efficient OR workflows.

Qualifications

• Current NBSTSA-certified surgical technologist
• BLS certification
• 2 years’ experience as certified OR tech in a surgical environment
• CVOR: 2 years CVOR technologist in a cardiac surgical environment
• BLS (AHA or ARC)
• CRCST via HSPA Certificate
• At least 1 year of GI tech experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room and sterilize equipment
• Assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during procedures
• Provide support to the surgical team and ensure patient safety
