Job summary

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety by preparing the OR, sterilizing equipment, and supporting the surgical team.

The candidate should hold NBSTSA certification with BLS, and have at least 2 years as an OR tech, plus CVOR, neuro/spine and ortho experience and familiarity with Globus, Mazor robotics, and Mako systems.

Qualifications

• Current NBSTSA certification and BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years as an OR tech in a surgical environment.
• 2 years CVOR experience in a cardiac setting.
• Neuro/Spine and Ortho experience required.
• Familiarity with Globus, Mazor robotics and Mako systems.
• Experience with crani procedures and endovascular cases.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during procedures.
• Prepare the OR, sterilize equipment, and maintain a sterile field.
• Support the surgical team to ensure patient safety and efficiency.
