Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU for a travel job in Biddeford, Maine. The Registered Respiratory Therapist will support ICU, ER, and nursery teams on a 13-week assignment with 24 hours per week, nights shifts.

The ideal candidate holds an RRT with BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS, and has at least 2 years in critical care, including pediatric needs. Floating across units and strong communication are essential.

Registered Respiratory Therapist

Position Overview

This position is for a Registered Respiratory Therapist with experience in critical care settings, including the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Emergency Room (ER), and Nursery. The successful candidate will handle pediatric patients requiring intubation and mechanical ventilation and participate in high-risk deliveries and resuscitation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to patients in ICU, ER, and Med-Surge floors.
• Attend high-risk deliveries in the nursery and participate as part of the resuscitation team.
• Administer treatments using equipment such as Drager V500 and Hamilton T-1 ventilators.
• Document care and patient interactions using the EPIC documentation system.
