Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in New Albany, IN is seeking a Travel Certified Nurse Assistant to support short- and long-term assignments across Indiana and neighboring states. You’ll work with a compassionate team to deliver daily care based on each resident’s individualized plan.

A CNA with a HS diploma, active state CNA license, and a valid driver’s license is required; 3–5 years’ experience preferred. Trilogy offers travel reimbursements, comprehensive benefits, weekly pay, and opportunities

Responsibilities

• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment

POSITION OVERVIEW

This Travel Certified Nurse Assistant role supports short- and long-term assignments across Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin and Kentucky, requiring adaptability while maintaining consistent standards of care. Travel Certified Nurse Assistants work alongside fellow caregivers to provide compassionate daily care and services based on each resident’s individualized plan of care and needs.
