Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Travel Certified Nurse Assistant to support short- and long-term assignments across Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin and Kentucky. You will assist residents with daily living activities and follow individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This Travel Certified Nurse Assistant role supports short- and long-term assignments across Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin and Kentucky, requiring adaptability while maintaining consistent standards of care. Travel Certified Nurse Assistants work alongside fellow caregivers to provide compassionate daily care and services based on each resident's individualized plan of care and needs.
