Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Travel Certified Nurse Assistant to support short- and long-term assignments across Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin and Kentucky. You will work with fellow caregivers to provide compassionate daily care based on each resident’s individualized plan of care and needs.

The role requires a CNA certification, high school diploma, and valid driver’s license, with 3–5 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required and active in state.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (ADLs).
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
