Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Travel Certified Nurse Assistant to support short- and long-term assignments across Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin and Kentucky. You will work with fellow caregivers to provide compassionate daily care based on each resident’s plan of care and needs.

The role requires CNA certification, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Travel reimbursements and comprehensive benefits accompany this opportunity to grow in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Active state CNA certification is required.
• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Valid and unencumbered driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed (activities of daily living)
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure patient comfort and well-being
• Provide companionship, compassion and encouragement to our residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment
