Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a professional and compassionate full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to facilitate consults within nursing home facilities on behalf of our medical team.

You will assist providers in Nursing Homes with a tablet device and create a supportive environment to deliver quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant and provide compassionate patient care.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand/walk for 6–8 hours daily.
• Willing to travel across multiple states as needed.
• Must currently reside in Virginia and hold a valid driver's license.
• Fast-paced environment requires composure and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with facility contacts to schedule visits and ensure patient coverage.
• Follow pre-established checklists to ensure all patients receive appropriate care.
• Support providers with tablet-based reviews and clinical monitoring.
• Travel to various nursing homes across states as needed.

Salary: $40,000 - Based on an average of 38 patients seen per day worked; eligibility for a bonus for each additional patient seen beyond this number

You will be assisting providers in Nursing Homes with a tablet device. A strong candidate will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to create a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with the designated facility contact for each location
• Following a pre-established list from the office to ensure that all patients are seen and provided with appropriate care
• Performing additional duties as required to facilitate medical services and clinical monitoring
• Traveling to various facilities across different states as needed to support operations

Requirements

• Ability or experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain composure when confronted by difficult situations and to respond appropriately
• Flexibility to travel on short notice
• Currently resides in the state of Virginia
• License to drive
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
