Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a professional and compassionate full-time Travel Certified Nursing Assistant to support our medical team in nursing home facilities. You will assist providers using a tablet device and coordinate care across sites.

A strong candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to travel across states. Hartford, CT residency is expected.

Job Summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking professional and compassionate full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to facilitate consults within a nursing home facility on behalf of our medical team. You will be assisting providers in Nursing Homes with a tablet device. A strong candidate will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to create a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with the designated facility contact for each location
• Following a pre-established list from the office to ensure that all patients are seen and provided with appropriate care
• Performing additional duties as required to facilitate medical services and clinical monitoring
• Traveling to various facilities across different states as needed to support operations

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA Board Certified )
• Ability or experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain composure when confronted by difficult situations and to respond appropriately
• Flexibility to travel on short noticeCurrently resides in the state of Connecticut
• License to drive
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
