Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to facilitate consults within a nursing home facility on behalf of our medical team. You will assist providers using a tablet device and support compassionate, patient-centered care.

A strong candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to stay composed, and the flexibility to travel. This role requires residency in Virginia and a valid driver's license while offering a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking professional and compassionate full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to facilitate consults within a nursing home facility on behalf of our medical team. You will be assisting providers in Nursing Homes with a tablet device. A strong candidate will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to create a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with the designated facility contact for each location
• Following a pre-established list from the office to ensure that all patients are seen and provided with appropriate care
• Performing additional duties as required to facilitate medical services and clinical monitoring
• Traveling to various facilities across different states as needed to support operations

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA Board Certified )
• Ability or experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain composure when confronted by difficult situations and to respond appropriately
• Flexibility to travel on short notice
• Currently resides in the state of Virginia
• License to drive
• Prolonged standing/walking. Lifting/moving patients. Lifting up to 20+ lbs. Frequent travel.
• Competitive salary: $40,000 - Based on an average of 38 patients seen per day worked; eligibility for a bonus for each additional patient seen beyond this number
