Altea Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner to serve in post-acute and skilled nursing care across Portland and Gresham, Oregon. This role travels between facilities, offering a salary up to $165K with uncapped bonus potential and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• NP license required or eligible to obtain.
• All experience levels welcome, including new graduates.
• Training and mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage patients in post-acute and skilled nursing settings.
• Perform physical exams and review medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and create treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and preventive care.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
