Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales staff in servicing company equipment.
• Installing new equipment at customer sites.
• Providing solutions for service of equipment at customer sites.
• Documenting all service performed and future service needs.
• Maintaining safety per OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines.
• Communicating with other departments as necessary.
• Overtime as required by workload and customer need.
