Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to provide excellent customer service, handle POS transactions, and assist in food preparation and stocking at our travel plazas. You will work with a team to ensure fast, friendly service for travelers and uphold food safety standards.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, processing payments, stocking and cleaning work areas, and maintaining product knowledge across plaza offerings.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Prepare and serve quality food, and assist with stocking and cleaning.
• Cross-sell products and maintain knowledge of plaza offerings.
• Follow brand standards and company policies; perform other tasks as needed.
