Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service to travelers. You will help with cleaning, stocking, and preparing food, while processing payments accurately using the POS system.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, handling cash, maintaining cleanliness, and staying knowledgeable about offerings. Flexible schedule and reliable attendance are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers and other customers.
• Clean, stock, and maintain a neat plaza area and fixtures.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system and follow cash handling policies.
• Prepare and serve quality food items and assist in kitchen tasks as needed.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products as appropriate and maintain product knowledge.
• Adhere to brand standards and company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
