You will oversee the development and execution of business plans to hit sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets, while guiding a team to deliver outstanding service.

The role requires flexible scheduling across nights, days, weekends and holidays, with responsibilities including driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining vendor relationships.
