Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center retail facilities and restaurant operations.

You will build, coach and manage a team, drive sales and perform P&L analysis to meet financial targets while ensuring guest satisfaction.

This role requires a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays, with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated integrity and accountability at managerial level and strong team leadership.
