Job summary

Pilot Company in Girard, KS is hiring for a Facility Services position at our travel center. You will help maintain clean, welcoming facilities and support guests with friendly service throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include cleaning showers and restrooms, washing towels for showers, light repairs, and keeping the premises orderly while delivering excellent guest experiences. We offer weekly pay, a fuel discount, free meals, health plans for full‑time teammates, PTO, and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position (preferred).
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
