Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities. You will drive sales, manage teams, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting profit objectives.

You will build and coach staff from staffing, interviewing, hiring to training, and you will perform P&L analysis to support financial results. Weekend and holiday shifts are required, with a competitive starting salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Experience managing high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture.
