Pilot Flying J is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to oversee high-volume travel center and restaurant facilities. You will generate and execute business plans to achieve sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead staffing, training, and development, drive sales, manage inventory and vendor relationships, and perform P&L analysis to meet targets. Compensation starts between $44,100 and $63,900 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Ability to lead a high-volume team and maintain customer focus.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage budgets and P&L implications.
