Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations, driving sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.

You will build, coach and develop teams, conduct staff meetings, and manage P&L while maintaining a customer-focused culture across all shifts.

Competitive compensation starts at $57,783.96 to $89,100 per year, with a monthly incentive, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail or service with financial results responsibility.
• Previous high-volume retail management with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.
