Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Experience: 1 year DOT driving experience – waste & recycling services experience preferred.
• License: CDL-A & DOT Medical Card.
• Age: Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Compliance: Must maintain an acceptable driving record and pass MVR, background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Inspection: Pre-trip and post-trip inspections; ensure safety features are operational.
• Execution: Review routes and complete jobs within allotted time with quality and attention to detail.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate equipment, follow traffic laws and site protocols.
• Material Handling: Handle materials safely and securely; proper disposal procedures.
• Reporting: Report issues promptly and escalate safety concerns.
• Professional Communication: Maintain professional conduct with team and clients.
• Compliance & Documentation: Complete required logs and forms.
• Adaptability & Problem Solving: Respond to changes and solve issues timely.
• Regular & Predictable Attendance: Report to work on time and as scheduled.
