• Leads other care providers through appropriate delegation and assignment in managing clinical situations.

Job Description

The competent Nurse in a critical care setting practices independently while demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of the clinical situation. This role provides routine and complex care to high acuity patients with multiple comorbidities, particularly those recovering from cardio thoracic surgery, including CABGs and other sophisticated interventions. The Nurse will utilize advanced technologies such as IMPELLA, Balloon Pump, Arctic Sun, and CRRT in their daily practice.
