ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Corpus Christi, Texas. The assignment is 13 weeks long, with 36 hours per week across 12-hour day shifts.

Start ASAP; travel contract with benefits and housing/travel stipends may apply. License in Texas or a compact state is required, with BLS certification. BSN preferred and one year of OR RN experience recommended.

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• One year of experience in the related nursing specialty is preferred.
• BLS certification required (AHA only).
• Must hold a valid RN License in the state of Texas or a compact license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
