Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for an 18-week assignment in Columbus, GA. The role involves assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, preparing patients and equipment, and supporting physicians while ensuring patient safety.

Potential candidates should have 1 year of Cath Lab experience, current BLS and ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES certification; a radiologic technologist license is preferred.

Competenze

• One year of recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Mansioni

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents; operate fluoroscopy and monitoring equipment.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, contrast injectors, and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
• Scrub in and assist with sterile field setup according to infection control protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient records, imaging data, and equipment logs.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure proper storage of supplies.
