Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Columbus, OH. You will assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in the cath lab, prepare patients and equipment, and ensure patient safety throughout the process.

This role offers 40 hours per week, night shifts, and competitive pay with benefits and clinical team support. A valid ARRT/RCIS/RCES and BLS/ACLS are required, with travel experience preferred.

Qualifications

• One year experience as Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCIS, or RCES certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents.
• Operate imaging equipment and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
• Scrub in and maintain sterile field setup.
• Document patient records, imaging data, and equipment logs.
• Ensure infection control and procedural protocol adherence.
• Ensure radiation safety and proper use of dosimeters.
