Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Houston, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced cath lab, with a dedicated clinical team and comprehensive benefits.

You will provide support in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, preparing patients and equipment and maintaining safety throughout the procedure. A strong focus on imaging and patient care is expected.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab.
• Prepare patients and equipment for procedures.
• Monitor hemodynamic data during procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures and ensure patient safety.
• Operate specialized imaging equipment as needed.
