Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Gastonia, NC. The role involves preparing patients, assisting with interventional cardiovascular procedures, and maintaining imaging and monitoring equipment.

The position requires one year of Cath Lab experience, BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES certifications, with preferred Radiologic Technologist license and additional certifications. Travel benefits and support are provided.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents; operate fluoroscopy and monitoring equipment.
• Maintain imaging equipment, contrast injectors, and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
