Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Eureka, California. This role supports cardiac catheterization procedures, including scrubbing, prepping rooms, and assisting physicians.

Candidates must have 1 year of Cath Lab experience, BLS/ACLS, and ARRT (R) or CCI-RCIS certifications where required. Expect 10-hour days, 40 hours weekly, with a tax-free stipend to be determined.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Cath Lab experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R) - CI preferred or CCI-RCIS certification.
• State licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Cath Lab rooms and equipment, ensure stock and sterilization.
• Set up patient and equipment for procedures; drape, calibrate, and position catheters.
• Operate and monitor hemodynamic and fluoroscopic equipment during procedures.
• Scrub in and assist physicians with catheter maneuvers.
• Record hemodynamic data and monitor patient status during procedures.
• Participate in life-saving measures as needed.
