Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Dothan, Alabama. The candidate should have 1 year of Cath Lab experience and hold ARRT (R), ACLS, and BLS certifications, with state licensing as required.

Responsibilities include scrubbing, patient prep, device setup, data recording, and assisting in interventional procedures. 40 hours weekly, 8-hour day shifts, travel position.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Cath Lab experience required.
• AR RT, ACLS, BLS certifications, and state licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Cardiac Lab procedure rooms with stock and sterilization.
• Prepare patients and equipment for cardiac lab procedures; drape patient and set up instruments.
• Operate and monitor equipment in the cath lab; scrub in during procedures.
• Scrub in, assist physician with catheter maneuvers.
• Record hemodynamic and angiographic data; monitor patient status during procedures.
• Participate in life-saving measures as needed.
