Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Responsibilities include preparing the cardiac lab rooms, scrubbing in during procedures, and assisting physicians with catheterization and cardiovascular interventions. Candidates should have 1 year of Cath Lab experience, BLS/ACLS, and ARRT (R) or CI certification where applicable. Travel assignment with 8-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Cath Lab experience preferred.
• BLS/ACLS/ARRT certifications required or pending.
• State-specific licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cardiac lab procedure rooms and equipment.
• Scrub in and assist physician during procedures.
• Operate and monitor hemodynamic and angiographic data equipment.
• Maintain patient hemodynamics during procedures.
• Assist in life-saving measures as needed.
