Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 6‑week assignment in Irving, Texas. The role requires 1 year of Cath Lab experience, BLS/ACLS, and ARRT (R) or CCI‑RCIS certifications where applicable.

The candidate will scrub, monitor, and assist in complex cardiac procedures, with a focus on patient safety and efficient lab operation. The position offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, and a travel employment setup.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Cath Lab experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications; ARRT (R) preferred or CCI-RCIS.

Responsibilities

• Scrubbing in during procedures and assisting the physician with catheter manipulation.
• Prepare lab rooms, stock supplies, and ensure instruments are ready for procedures.
• Operate and monitor cardiac lab equipment and record hemodynamic data.
• Assist with patient positioning, draping, and patient safety during procedures.
• Support in life-saving measures including defibrillation and CPR as needed.
