Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a Bakersfield, California assignment. The role supports 4x10 hour days, with 40 hours weekly and rotating call coverage in a STEMI receiving acute care setting.

You will work in a high-volume cath lab with 5 suites, involving coronary, vascular, EP, neuro and general IR procedures, requiring 2+ years of current experience and ARRT/BLS/Fluoroscopy certs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current cath lab experience required.
• ARRT, BLS and Fluoroscopy certification required (RCIS or CCT not accepted).
• License required if applicable.
• Experience with cardiac/coronary, vascular, peripheral, EP, general IR and neuro procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform coronary, peripheral, vascular, neuro and EP interventional procedures as part of a team.
• Scrub and monitoring roles shared between two techs per case.
• Coordinate room assignments as Lead Tech and operate Cerner EMR.
• Support 4x10 hour day shifts with rotating weekend and on-call coverage.
