Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab seeks a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Austin, TX. The role offers 40 hours per week, typically 8-hour daytime shifts, within a facility setting, and requires recent Cath Lab experience along with BLS/ACLS and ARRT/RCES/RCIS certifications.

The candidate will assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, maintain equipment, ensure sterile technique, and support physicians during procedures while upholding patient

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures with catheters, wires, balloons, and stents.
• Operate imaging equipment and maintain sterile field per protocols.
• Maintain documentation of patient records and equipment logs.
