• Minimum of 1 year acute care or cardiac cath lab/interventional radiology experience.
• BLS and ACLS (AHA) required.
• ARRT (Radiography) or RCIS credential required, license required if applicable.
• Epic charting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with vascular closure systems, equipment set up, prep of access site, and sterile field maintenance.
• Experience with left/right heart catheterization, PCI, PTCA, cardiac stent placement, IABP placement/removal, and life-threatening arrhythmias.

Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab/EP Technologist with 1+ year of acute care or cardiac cath lab/interventional radiology experience for a 13-week day shift assignment.

Details

• Invasive cardiology unit performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab procedures
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• 4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• On-call required 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month, subject to change per unit needs
• May float between Memorial Hospital North and Memorial Central per unit needs
• Uses Epic for charting
• Scrubs provided

Requirements

• First-time travelers will be considered
• Candidates previously employed by UCHealth or its affiliates may be subject to eligibility review
• Maximum of 10 RTO days per 13-week contract, with blackout periods during certain weeks
• Local candidates accepted within 75 miles of the facility
