Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Houston, Texas. The assignment offers a 13-week contract with a 40-hour work week and dayshift: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The unit handles 11 labs, 40-50 cases per day, focused on cath lab procedures with EP occasional work, and using Epic EMR. Requirements include BLS, RCIS, cardiovascular technologist experience with relevant equipment, and active licensure at submission.

Travel Cath Lab Tech

719-Bed Level I Trauma Center | Houston, TX

Assignment Details

• Shift: Days, 4 x 10s (7:00a-5:00p)
• Guaranteed hours: 40/week
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Call: 4-5 per month, including 1 weekend per month
• Cancellation policy: Up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment (3 shifts for assignments under 13 weeks)

Requirements

• BLS
• RCIS
• Cardiovascular tech experience with relevant equipment
• License required at submission
• BSN not required

The Unit

• 11 labs
• 40-50 cases per day
• Mainly cath lab cases with occasional EP (IR is a separate department)
• EMR: Epic
