Job summary

Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel assignment in Orange Park, Florida. The role requires handling cath lab procedures, scrubbing and monitoring complex cases, and supporting prep/recovery areas as needed.

Shift is 10 hours/day, 4×10-hour shifts with 40 hours guaranteed per week. Requires 1+ year experience, BLS, ACLS and RCIS/RCES or RT(R) certification; occasional on-call. Benefits include referral bonus and comprehensive travel support.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and monitor LHC/RHC, PCI, STEMI and peripheral procedures.
• Perform diagnostic left/right heart catheterizations and related procedures.
• Support prep/recovery area as needed.
• Work with GE Innova, OCT, Boston IVUS, Impella, IABP, CSI and Penumbra equipment.

• Shift: 4×10-hour shifts, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM; 40 guaranteed hours/week.
• EMR/Documentation: Meditech and MacLab.
• Floating: May support the prep/recovery area as needed.
• Experience: 1+ year accepted.
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend; holidays rotate with hospital employees.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and RCIS, RCES, or RT(R) required.
• Unit Description: Cath Lab at Orange Park Medical Center. Performs diagnostic left/right heart catheterizations, PCI, STEMI procedures, peripheral interventions, carotid stenting, and stroke-related procedures.
• Required Skills: Must be able to scrub and monitor LHC/RHC, PCI, STEMI, and peripheral procedures.
• Equipment: GE Innova, OCT, Boston IVUS, Impella, IABP, RotoPro, CSI, and Penumbra.
• Call Requirement: Approximately 15–18 call days per month across two call teams.
