Job summary

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist in Kingman, AZ to provide nursing care in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. The role requires circulating and monitoring procedures related to coronary, peripheral, pacemaker and AICD interventions.

The RN will work 10-hour days, expect 40 hours per week, and join a team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care on a travel basis. Start date 11/02/2026 for 13 weeks with relocation considerations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab nursing experience.
• Associate degree in nursing or nursing diploma (required).
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Current AZ RN license or compact state license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• ECG competency on hire.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively under the direction of the physician to provide nursing care in accordance with nursing standards and regulations.
• Utilize the nursing process to conduct ongoing assessments of patients' health needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans based on patient assessment data.
• Foster a compassionate and patient-centered environment in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Assist in the orientation and training of new staff members as necessary.
• Practice evidence-based care to enhance patient outcomes, prevent healthcare-acquired conditions, and minimize hospital readmissions.
• Adhere to infection control policies and practice standard precautions during patient care.
• Collect comprehensive patient health data and establish nursing diagnoses based on assessment findings.
• Implement patient education involving family and significant others as appropriate.
• Continuously evaluate patients' responses and the effectiveness of nursing interventions, making adjustments as necessary.
