Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab seeks a skilled Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Lake Charles, LA. Start ASAP, 40 hours per week, 8-hour days. Travel experience preferred.

You’ll support diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, prepare patients, handle equipment, and ensure safety throughout. The role requires ARRT RCIS RCES or equivalent credentials, BLS and ACLS, and at least one year of Cath Lab experience.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
• Valid Radiologic Technologist license may be required in some states

Responsabilités

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents
• Operate imaging equipment and hemodynamic monitoring systems
• Maintain sterile technique and infection control
• Document patient records and equipment logs
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and hospital policies
