Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in South Bend, Indiana. The role involves working 40 hours per week, dayshift, in a cardiac catheterization lab, with duties spanning direct patient care and procedural support.

Requirements include a current license, relevant certifications, and typically two years of Cath Lab experience. Travel position with comprehensive benefits and weekly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• Two years of Cath Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, safe, competent patient care in the Interventional Cardiology lab.
• Assist in invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular procedures.
• Maintain communication with patients, families and physicians to address needs.
• Operate ancillary equipment and obtain catheters, wires, medications as ordered.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care with a patient-focused approach.
