Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in South Bend, Indiana. The role requires one year of Cath Lab experience, current BLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES and ACLS certifications.

Duties include patient preparation, assisting physicians, operating fluoroscopy and monitoring equipment, and maintaining sterile technique. The position offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the support of a dedicated clinical team to deliver

Qualifications

One year's recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification is required.
Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
Valid radiologic technologist license preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related studies.
Assist physicians by passing catheters and wires and operating fluoroscopy.
Operate imaging and hemodynamic monitoring equipment and maintain sterile field.
Document patient data and equipment logs accurately.
Adhere to radiation safety and infection control guidelines.
