Qualifications

• Current license in good standing is required.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials needed.
• Two years of Cath Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, safe, quality patient care in the Interventional Cardiology department.
• Assist in invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Communicate with patients, families, and physicians to address needs and coordinate care.
• Assist cardiologist during procedures by handling ancillary equipment, catheters, wires, and medications as ordered.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver cost-effective, high-quality patient care in a professional manner.
