Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week assignment in Deerfield Beach, FL. The role involves preparing patients and equipment, monitoring hemodynamic data, and assisting physicians during interventional cardiovascular procedures with a focus on patient safety.

Requires 1 year of Cath Lab experience, BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES certifications. Florida radiologic licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Tech.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCIS, or RCIS certification (note: RCIS/RCES).
• Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents, and operate fluoroscopy and monitoring equipment.
• Operate and maintain imaging and hemodynamic monitoring systems; ensure proper functionality.
