Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in North Venice, Florida. The role supports diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in the cath lab, preparing patients and equipment, and assisting physicians during cases.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of recent Cath Lab experience, current BLS and ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES certification, with Florida licensure preferred. You’ll enjoy competitive pay, benefits, and 24/7 recruiter support.

Qualifications

• Critical thinking and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Proficiency in PC skills and following written/verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and related procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents.
• Operate imaging equipment and monitor hemodynamic data.
• Maintain sterile technique and infection control compliance.
• Document patient records, imaging data, and equipment logs.
• Assist with inventory and storage of sterile instruments.
